Jump to navigation Kelley, Jiggins and Associates was established back in 1970 as Kelley, Jones, and Blue Insurance Agency under the control of Joesph Dale Kelley. In 1976, Ronald Jiggins joined the agency and the name was changed to Kelley, Jiggins, and Blue.
